I offer a series of interactive 1/2 day workshops designed to teach the same timeless and practical skills (like vision, feedback, building culture, communication, coaching, performance management, interviewing and more) that I used in building high performance teams across the country. I offer workshops for leaders and for employee groups, all designed to help you take your team to a higher level of performance. I use the guided discovery method to help participants learn in a way that lasts. I lead each workshop personally, so you can have confidence you are working with someone who is drawing on personal experience.
