I offer a series of half-day interactive workshops covering all the most important leadership practices. I teach the same practices I used to get results with the teams I led. I deliver each workshop personally.
As a newspaper executive (see bio) I became convinced many years ago that every team reflects its leaders, so I approached each leadership assignment by building a skilled and caring leadership team. From vice presidents to lead hands, I selected people with care and then focused much of my time on developing their leadership skills - vision, feedback, communication, coaching, performance management and much more. Today, I take this experience and a large body of work to each client, across a wide variety of sectors, bringing my practical experience together with teaching what I believe are all the most essential skills.
I have always had a passion for workplace development, believing that as the workplace develops, for everyone who is a part of it, performance improvements follow naturally. This has led me to offer workshops for both leaders and employee groups.
